Purina® Sheep Mineral with ClariFly® insect growth regulator is designed for continuous free-choice feeding to sheep through the fly season to prevent the emergence of house flies and stable flies from manure of treated sheep. This economical and palatable meal mineral contains added selenium and provides the provides the proper 2:1 calcium to phosphorus ratio to help reduce the incidence of urinary calculi in sheep.

Feeding Directions

Best Results
Purina® Sheep Mineral with ClariFly® should be top-dressed onto the daily ration at a rate of 2.4 ounces per head per day to a 150 pound animal to supply 0.4 mg diflubenzuron/kg of bodyweight per day (see chart on feed tag for more specific directions).
Caution
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested feed to animals as it may cause illness, performance loss or death. This product was made in a feed manufacturing facility that does not handle or store products containing animal proteins prohibited in ruminant feed.
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED
Management Practices
  1. Sheep receiving phosphorus deficient diets may over-consume this product when it is first offered.
  2. Feeding free choice salt is not required with this mineral.
  3. Provide fresh, clean water near the feeding area.
